The manifold and standpipe are from simple low pressure to extreme sour gas service. The manifold is designed with any types of chokes: Positive, adjustable or Automatic and automatic chokes with a working pressure of 3000psi to 15000psi.
All components are suitable to H2S service as defined by NACE MR0175. Fittings include buffer chambers, spools, crosses and tees. All parts of well testing manifold are manufactured as per API6A. And the choke manifold assembly is as per API 16C
Drill Floor Manifold
The Drill Floor Manifold is used to reduce the pressure of the well and control the well stream flow during the testing and flow back process a choke manifold This ensures that fluctuations in downstream line pressure have no effect on the well flow rate.

Oil Manifold and Gas Manifold
The Oil manifold and Gas Manifolds divert oil and gas without flow interruption,from the separator to burners for disposal,to a tank for measurements or storage,or to a production line. The Oil manifold consists of five ball valves arranged as a manifold and is skid-mounted. The gas manifold is fitted with two ball valves and is also mounted on a skid.
